We’ve made our process simple, transparent, and stress-free. Whether you're wondering what’s included in each collection, how to secure your date, or what to expect leading up to the big day—you’ll find all the answers right here.
We know booking your wedding photographer is a big decision. If you have questions along the way, we’re here. If you’re ready to make it official, let’s lock in your date and get excited. We can't wait to be part of your story.
We’re big believers that a seamless experience leads to the most natural, meaningful images. From the first email to the final gallery delivery, we’ve created a process that’s thoughtful, clear, and designed to keep you present on your big day—not worried about what’s next.
Once you inquire, we’ll set up a call to learn more about your vision, walk through our collections, and answer any questions. We want to make sure it’s a perfect fit—for both of us.
When you’re ready, we’ll lock in your date with a signed agreement and retainer. From there, we’ll send over a welcome guide, questionnaires, and schedule any needed planning calls to get every detail right.
Whether it’s your engagement shoot or the big day itself, we’ll guide you with gentle direction when needed and step back when it matters most. Our goal is to match the vibe, keep things relaxed, and let real moments unfold naturally.
We arrive early, blend in seamlessly, and stay in sync with your timeline and team. We capture everything—from the big moments to the quiet, in-between ones that often go unnoticed.
After your day, we carefully curate and edit your gallery with our signature timeless style. Within 6–8 weeks, you'll receive a beautiful online gallery full of genuine emotion and lasting memories. It’s more than just photos—it’s your story, preserved.

Yes! We offer $150 off any package for any active duty military, first responders, and teachers as a small thank you for your service to our community.
Aside from the occasional blemish, we do not photoshop/or manipulate the images taken. As wedding photographers, we are here to document what is truly happening in the moment. Plus, this takes an extensive amount of time on top of also editing the colors and tones. Photo manipulation is available for an additional fee of $50/image.
We offer packages with a solo shooter, and packages where you can have a second photographer as well! The primary reason for second shooters is a situation in your wedding day where there needs to be photographer coverage at two different places at the same exact time. For example, the bride and groom getting ready in two different hotels at the same time.
Unfortunately, I do not - the RAW, unedited files are not included or delivered. This would be similar to asking your florist for the stems that were trimmed off. Or asking your dress or tux shop for all the excess fabric. Any photos that are not edited or delivered are either redundant (exact duplicates) or outtakes - like out of focus images, test shots, unflattering images, random shots of my shoes, etc.
Yes! We offer two payment plans:
A non-refundable retainer of 50%, and your 50% balance one month prior to the wedding date.
$1,000 down, 50% of the remaining total due 60 days later, then the final 50% due one month prior to the wedding date. To make it easy we also offer auto-pay.
Either of these along with a signed contract that will secure us for your date!
Yes, we do! We’re also able to provide a certificate of insurance to any venue or vendor that requires it within 24 hours of your request.
Our delivery estimate for weddings is 10-12 weeks. You can expect to receive sessions (engagements & bridals) within 2-3 weeks.
There are several great benefits to having a second photographer on your wedding day:
– Coverage in two places at once (perfect for when both sides are getting ready at the same time)
– A larger gallery with more variety and perspectives
– Moments captured from different angles, giving your story more depth
– Smoother coverage of key events, like one of us photographing the bride with her bridesmaids while the other captures the groom with his groomsmen
